Users can now add text watermarks to every page of their document, with choices to add watermarks like “Confidential” or “Draft” to identify the file’s state before sending it to someone. The watermark option may be found in Google Docs’ insert option menu and allows users to adjust the font, size, transparency, location, and other features of the text watermark.
Additionally, whether importing or exporting Microsoft Word documents, the text watermarks in Google Docs are said to be kept. Additionally, all Google Workspace, G Suite, and Business clients will be able to use the text watermarks feature.

On January 24, the business began a phased release of the functionality of the watermark, with the feature expected to be fully operational in the coming weeks. Google Docs released the picture watermark function in September 2021, allowing users to place photos as a watermark on every page of the document. The tool has come in handy when it came to adding company logos and unique designs to documents.
It comes with a clever material component that allows users to create agendas in Google Docs and immediately delegate tasks. With a single click on a Google Meet session, clients can also efficiently share their Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides archives.
Also, the American tech behemoth recently informed the Show Editors that Google Docs will be available for Google Workspace clients in May 2021. This feature aids in successfully following the progress made by many clients in a shared archive.
Last year, Google decided to make the Google Workspace platform more user-friendly. This service includes Google Docs, Sheets, Chat, and other tools. This service can now be used to create or collaborate with others as a central hub.
The service also includes a smart canvas feature that allows users to quickly assign roles and create checklists in Google Docs, as well as share their Google Docs, Sheets, or Slide documents with just one click on a Google Meet call. The business also added the Show Editors tool to Google Docs, which allows everyone to see the modifications that different users have made to a document.
